'988 is like 911 but for mental health'
As people struggling with mental illness, and with loved ones that struggle too. We know what it is like to feel alone. And didn't know where to turn for help, until we found NAMI. Now we reach out for our selves, our spouses, family and friends. We go to support groups, have been to all the classes, and we are now Advocates for others. We're here so that YOU know that there is help out there and you aren't the only one struggling. There is HOPE.
